Harsh words, no doubt.
Scary.
Fearful.
But not the least bit inflammatory.
An epidemic of mass proportions has gripped our world.
And it's not the kind of misfortune you see on T.V.
Or the type of international crisis that you know is going on in some far away place, but has no real effect on your life.
This crisis has to do with you and your children.
It exists in your home.
And it's destroying your family.
That reality should give you pause for reflection.
How did things get this bad?
How could we have let it go this far?
But believe it or not, we have not yet reached the climax of the problem...
Half the population under the age of 18 will be considered clinically overweight or obese by 2010.
This, according to the Center for Disease Control.
And before your mind starts visualizing images of 'fat' people walking the streets, I want to remind you that this is a tragically serious issue that has NOTHING to do with aesthetics or the way someone looks.
This is a life or death matter that has also become an economic drain on our society -
And you've been lead to believe otherwise, haven't you?"Change starts in the home", they say.
"Your kids don't buy the groceries or prepare the meals - you do", they suggest.
But you want to know something?
'THEY' don't know what they're talking about.
And here's why...
'THEY' are the true culprits.
'THEY' are the one's almost entirely to blame.
Because 'THEY' are the snake-oil salesmen that tell you a '4-Minute Ab Workout' is all you need to
get that 'Hot 6-pack' you've always wanted.'THEY' create and endorse fad diets that are unhealthy and ineffective, but convince you that it is
what is needed for you to shed those 'Last 10 Pounds'.They've left you CONFUSED
They're left you UNSURE
They've left you ASHAMED
That should be enough to make you angry.... Not hopeless.
In fact, angry enough to take action...
So let me cut to the chase.
How fit are you?How often do you eat wholesome, healthy foods?
Do you need to lose weight yourself?
I ask because their is a reality that you simply have to face...
... There is staggering and overwhelming evidence that shows a strong correlation between your fitness level and your child's.
The term 'Monkey See, Monkey Do' has never been more accurate.
When you eat junk food, your kids automatically assume it's okay.
When you drive through MacDonald's for dinner, your kids automatically assume it's okay.
When you plop down in front of the T.V. all night, your kids automatically assume it's okay.
And that's the reality.
This has nothing to do with PE in school or the over-competitive nature of youth sports.
You run your household and you need to be the one laying down the rules.
More over, you need to be leading the charge.
So what are your 'excuses'?
Everyone has them.
As the youth obesity epidemic continues to soar worldwide and kids' lives have become completely in danger, it seems there are no shortage of reasons why you can't help the situation.
Let me outline the most common ones I hear -
The average American watches 19 hours of T.V. per week.
That amounts to nearly 9% of a given 7 day period.
If you can watch T.V. for roughly 9% of your time, don't you think this particular excuse is a little unreasonable?
Refer back to 'reason 1' and the whole concept of 'Monkey See, Monkey Do'.
You make it okay not to exercise.
Without saying a word, you're telling your child that physical activity and health isn't important.
But you catching the latest episode of 'Sex in the City' is.
Your child doesn't like to exercise because you don't have 'the time' to get off the couch and show them how much fun it really can be.
And the "gurus" who tell you that 4 Minutes is all you need aren't helping the matter, are they?

Really?
You honestly don't know that fruits and vegetables are good and processed junk food is bad?
Nutrition doesn't have to be complex and confusing.
We just make ourselves believe it is.
But again...
The 'Gurus' have been confusing you, haven't they?
Kids often do have busy schedules.
Between school, homework and extracurricular activities, a sizable portion of the day certainly can be accounted for.
But according to the most recent data, roughly 1,684,732,605 kids play video games.
Nearly 2 billion.
And I'd be willing to bet that your kid is one of them.
By reducing their video game exposure by 10 - 20 minutes per day, 3 days per week, you would be well on your way helping them 'find the time' to exercise.
So here's where I cut you a real break.
Everything I mentioned above is 100% true.
But no one is really helping you out right now.
All you and I ever hear about are the statistics, problems and issues surrounding youth obesity...
... And the absolutely ineffective ways to change it.
No one ever talks about a concrete solution.
The kind of solution that will work -
In a word, yes.
Because believe it or not, as big a 'problem' as youth obesity is, the solution is actually quite easy.
We live in a world of propaganda and media-based fear.
We hear about the concerns of a situation.
We get inundated with stories about struggle and despair.
We become overwhelmed and at a loss.
But the reality is that the 'fix' is almost always easier and more clear than we realize.
We just need someone to show us the path.

Because unlike other 'faceless Internet gurus', I've actually had amazing success working with kids of all ages and been profiled by major media outlets because of it...

Well, I suppose that's up to you to decide.
I want you to notice a few key things:
- Kids really like me a lot... And that's because I've worked with more than 10,000 of them worldwide
- I know how to make fitness fun for children and teenagers
- In a small living room or little backyard... I don't need much to make this work and neither will you
- These are the kinds of things you could be doing with your kids every day for 10 - 20 minutes... And change both your lives
So what exactly is my 'solution' you ask?
Well really, there's nothing to it.
It's the easiest thing in the world to implement and make successful.
But first, I need to equip you with some critical tools -

I ask because my "Youth Fitness Solution" program is, quite frankly, inexpensive.
But that has nothing to do with the quality of what's inside.
I've made all this information accessible to you at the extremely cheap price of
$67$47$39.95 for one reason and one reason only -I want to create change in this world of ours.
I don't want kids suffering through the agony of embarrassment or self-worthlessness any longer.
And I don't want you to have to feel helpless or overwhelmed either.
But my internationally-proven success program isn't all that you get...

The statistics have been presented.
The information has been created.
The path has been laid for you to follow.
But I can't force you to take action.
That's entirely in your hands.
But there are some things I know for sure...
- Your Child's Health, Well Being and Life Are At Stake
- Whether You Believe It Or Not, Your Child Is Crying Out For Help
- You Are Handcuffed And Literally Don't Know What To Do Next
- If You Don't Act Now, It's May Be Too Late
Here Are My Final Words... And They're Worth Paying Attention To..."Today, more than twice as many children -- and almost three times as many teens -- are overweight as in 1980. Overweight children and adolescents have about a 70 percent chance of becoming overweight adults... If this trend continues it could cut two to five years from the average life span"
